Salams

May we all be in the best of health & Iman, InsyaAllah.

It have been from day to day that I yearn to watch the latest movie of Yasmin Ahmad. Putting aside some time for myself last Wednesday evening, I managed to catch the 1915hrs movie at The Cathay, Picturehouse with my girlfriend. On our way there, I was pretty excited and just couldn't wait to be inside the theater.

As the movie ended, I smiled to myself; impressed with Yasmin Ahmad. It was worth watching. I simply loved it. It was also worth the time. I'm thinking of watching it again, insyaAllah. Or if not, wait for the DVD. Will see how it is ...

The following day, when I was at work, I simply shared with each and every of my colleagues about Muallaf; the sysnopsis, the storyline, that it was worth watching and finally recommended it to them. Guess what? I even recommended it to my boss. And yes, she'll be catching this movie perhaps this weekend or next week with her son, who's back from Australia for a break.

So, if you've not catch this movie, pls do so ... Trust me.

A line that I could clearly remember is, ".. some people are afraid of things that they wont understand..". Somehow, it is true ..

Love, lillah.
